Bethany Manor is a federation style Guesthouse set on over an acre of parklike grounds, complete with full-size tennis court.
It offers hosted bed & breakfast accommodation in a non-smoking environment for up to six adult guests in three double bedrooms, all with their own spacious en suite bathrooms.

The bedrooms - Sorensen, Tomah and Walling - reflect the calming influence of landscape and garden, while the Garden View room provides the perfect setting for breakfast in any season.

Sorensen: Warm and inviting queen bedroom with open fireplace and French doors to verandah. Spacious en suite with double spa bath.
 

Tomah: Intimate queen bedroom with bay window access to verandah. Huge en suite with double spa bath.







Walling: Romantic queen bedroom with corner bay window. Large en suite bathroom and double spa bath.   Access to verandah.



The popular village of Leura with its craft shops, cafes and restaurants is within easy walking distance, while Katoomba and the spectacular Three Sisters are a short drive away.

Weekends* (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday)  from $195 per double/per night
Mid-week (Monday to Thursday) from $150 per double/per night
Mid-week (3 plus nights) from $130 per double per/night

Bookings: 25% deposit, 7 days cancellation notice for deposit refund

*A single Saturday night subject to availability
Weekend tariff applies to long weekends
